Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Securely
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile glass shades or delicate brass components are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the return shipping label to your package and include a copy of your packing slip inside; we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
